Pricing

What it costs. What it's worth. Both numbers.

We don't hide pricing behind a discovery call. Most contractors evaluating marketing have already been burned once and need to see the number before they invest the 30 minutes. So here is the number, and here is what assembling the same thing yourself would actually cost.

Foundation

Site + SEO

$497/ month

A real coatings website plus the SEO work that gets it ranked. Run by an operator who knows the trade.

For the contractor who has decent referral flow and wants the site + Google presence that converts the next 12 months of homeowner searches into estimates.

Claim Foundation

Zero setup. No buyout. Cancel any month.

Growth

+ Ad management

$2,497/ month

Operator plus full ad management. Google Local Services, Search, PMax, and Meta retargeting, attributed and tuned weekly.

For the contractor with the install capacity to absorb 15+ qualified estimates per week and the ad budget to feed it. Min recommended spend: $1,000 / mo.

Claim Growth

Ad spend separate. We never markup spend.

Apples to apples

What this would cost if you assembled it yourself.

Market-rate pricing for each line item, sourced from agency directories, freelance platforms, and SaaS pricing pages as of 2026. We don't claim these numbers are universal. We claim they are honest.

Market rates above are mid-market estimates for the United States. Your actual cost to assemble would depend on which vendors you pick and how much of your own time you would burn coordinating them. The point is not the exact number. The point is the order of magnitude.

Honest answer to the obvious question

Why these numbers, and not others.

Why not cheaper than $497?

We could be. There are agencies running coatings clients at $299. The math only works if the same template gets stamped on 80 contractors with no real attention paid to any of them. That model is what burned you the first time. We won't replicate it.

$497 covers the actual cost of doing the work on your account: a custom site under our framework, ongoing GBP and citation work, monthly review of what is and isn't ranking, and a real person reading your reviews. At lower prices the trade-off is no real human attention. We won't pretend that trade-off doesn't exist.

Why not $5,000 like the big agencies?

Big agencies charge $5k to $15k per month because they have to. Office leases. SDR teams. Account manager pools. Sales commissions. Multi-million dollar VC ad spend to fill their pipeline. Their cost structure forces their pricing.

We don't have that cost structure. Founder-run, fully remote, niche-narrow. The math works for us at $2,497 for the full stack because we keep the operation small on purpose. That is the entire reason the pricing is what it is. It is not a trick.

Honest scope

What's not in any tier, ever.

If you've been burned by surprise upcharges, this list matters more than the included list.

  • 01

    Ad spend itself

The $2,497 Growth tier covers ad management. Your Google and Meta ad spend goes directly to Google and Meta on your card, never through our books. We never markup ad spend. Recommended minimum: $1,000 / mo to get useful data.

  • 02

    Twilio or phone-number costs

The CRM uses a 10DLC phone number for SMS. Twilio bills you directly, roughly $15 / mo plus per-message fees. Honest pass-through, no markup.

  • 03

    Photography or video production

The site uses your real job photos, not stock. If you want professional photography of finished installs, that is a separate one-time engagement. We can recommend a coatings-experienced shooter or run with what you have.

  • 04

    Active backlink outreach

Local SEO without active link building still works because GBP + citations + content do most of the work in this niche. If you want aggressive backlink outreach campaigns, that is a separate engagement at $1,500 / mo.

  • 05

    Trade-show or print collateral

Yard signs, vehicle wraps, brochures, business cards. We don't do print. We will recommend a local print shop and provide brand-aligned files.

  • 06

    Sales coaching

Our job is to make your phone ring with qualified estimates. Closing those estimates is your job. If you want sales training on top, that is a separate engagement, but we are honest that there are better sales coaches for the trades than us.

The walk-away terms

If we let you down, you can leave in 60 minutes.

No 90-day cancellation window. No buyout clause. No "we own your assets." This is how the agreement actually works.

  1. 01   Domain

    Yours. Always was.

Your domain is registered in your name at your registrar. We never hold it. If we ever fail you, the domain is already in your account.

  2. 02   Site code

    Yours, on request.

The site is built on our framework. If you cancel, we'll export a static HTML+CSS snapshot of your site that you can host anywhere. You won't be hostage to a CMS we built.

  3. 03   Lead data

    CSV in 60 minutes.

Every contact, every form fill, every call log, every review request. CSV export through GHL is a 60-minute task. You walk with the entire customer database.

  4. 04   Google Business Profile

    Yours from day one.

We manage your GBP under your Google account. We are an additional manager. You are the primary owner. We never put it in our name.

Talk to the founder

Pick a tier. Or tell us you're not sure which.

Most contractors land on Operator after talking it through. Some start at Foundation and step up at month four. A few jump to Growth on day one because the install capacity is already there. We'll talk through which fits your situation.

We respond within one business day. No drip sequence. No SDR.
