Marketing built only for garage floor coating contractors

Marketing for the trade.
Run by an operator, not an account manager.

If your last agency burned you, this is the model that fixes it. No multi-year lock-in. No buyout clauses. No 30-account checklist. One niche. One operator. Honest timelines.

  • Custom site for your trade
  • Google Business Profile
  • Map Pack tracking
  • Review automation
  • Lead attribution

Where we stand

Five positions we won't move on.

Most agencies will tell you what you want to hear to close the deal, then walk it back month three. These are the lines in the concrete.

  1. A

    Garage floor coatings only.

We don't run HVAC accounts. We don't run plumbing accounts. We don't run electrical, roofing, or siding. The nuances of polyaspartic versus epoxy, hot tire pickup, flake systems, and moisture barriers are our daily vocabulary. Generalist agencies miss those nuances and your campaigns suffer for it.

  2. B

    Month-to-month. No buyout clauses.

We earn the next month every month. No multi-year contracts. No five-figure exit fees. Your lead data lives in GHL — exports as a clean CSV the same day if you ever decide to leave. The relationship works because it's earned monthly, not locked.

  3. C

One-on-one with the founder. Never handed off.

You don't get an account manager who has 29 other accounts and a checklist to march through. You get the person who built the system, runs it, and answers the phone when it rings.

  4. D

    We won't promise top-3 in 90 days.

Anyone telling you otherwise is either lying or doesn't understand local SEO. The honest answer is 30 days to indexed and audited, 60 days to first Map Pack inclusion, 90 days to top-3 starts in primary combos. We'll show you the timeline before you sign.

  5. E

Slow-season strategy that locks in your spring rush.

Most agencies go quiet from November to February because they don't know what to talk to coatings contractors about in cold months. Winter is exactly when content, GBP authority, and ranking groundwork pays off. Spring you cash the check.

What probably burned you last time

The pattern most contractors describe.

If any of these match what you went through, you're talking to the right kind of person. We were built to do the opposite.

  • 01

    Multi-year contract with a five-figure buyout.

You signed a two- or three-year deal. Six months in the leads dried up but the bill kept coming. Walking away costs as much as staying. The contract was leverage on you, not for you.

  • 02

The account manager handles 30 other accounts.

Cookie-cutter monthly checklist. Your strategy meeting is a status template with your logo. The work is generic because the staffing model only allows generic.

  • 03

Month four, they pitched a spend increase.

Results were thin so the answer was always more budget. The agency made commission on ad spend; the math worked for them, not you.

  • 04

    Reports without leads.

Impressions up. Engagement up. Estimates booked? Silence. No real attribution from form fill or call back to revenue.

What we deliver

Six pieces. One coordinated system.

Each piece reinforces the others. The site feeds GBP. GBP feeds Map Pack. Map Pack feeds calls. Calls feed reviews. Reviews feed Map Pack. The flywheel only spins when every piece is built right by someone who knows the trade.

01

Custom site, built for your trade.

Built for your service area on the same framework we maintain across every coatings tenant — improvements ship to all of you. Service-by-city pages that genuinely rank. Schema, page speed, and structured content done right. Month-to-month, no buyout clause, ever.

02

Local SEO + Map Pack.

GBP audit and ongoing optimization. Citations cleaned across the directories that move the needle for coatings, not the spam ones. Map Pack rank tracked from each priority city.

03

Lead capture + auto-reply.

Every form, call, click-to-text tracked with attribution back to source. Auto-reply SMS within seconds, in your voice, so you never lose a lead while you're prepping a slab. One inbox for calls, texts, emails.

04

Review acquisition that fits the trade.

Automated request to every completed job, timed for the moment after the homeowner walks across their cured floor. SMS first, email fallback. One-tap link to leave a Google review mentioning city + service.

05

Slow-season strategy.

From November through February we publish, optimize, and build the ranking authority that compounds for spring. While generalist agencies go quiet, your site is climbing the searches that pay off in March and April.

06

Founder access, not a CRM ticket queue.

Your strategy calls are with the operator who built the system. Your text messages don't go to a shared inbox handled by someone in another time zone. If you have a question on Tuesday at 7pm, it gets answered on Tuesday at 7pm.

How we work

Four layers. One finished system.

The same way you build a coating: each layer needs the last to cure before the next goes on. Skip the prep, the topcoat fails. Same with marketing infrastructure.

  1. 01   Discovery

    Surface prep.

Questionnaire and 45-minute kickoff call. We get specific about your jobs, customers, margins, and the cities you actually want to win. Nothing built on guesses.

  2. 02   Build

    Base coat.

Site live in 5 to 7 business days under your domain. Phase 1 city pages live. GBP optimized end-to-end. Citations cleaned. Lead tracking wired. Schema validated.

  3. 03   Operate

    Decorative coat.

Monthly content, citation health, GBP posts at a cadence we lock in. Standing strategy call so you always know what's running and why, with the founder, not a handoff.

  4. 04   Scale

    Topcoat.

Phase 2 and 3 cities come online as Phase 1 stabilizes. New service categories added as you expand. The system grows with the business, on your timetable, not ours.

Realistic expectations

We won't promise top-3 in 90 days. Here's what's actually realistic.

Local SEO is a slow asset. Anyone telling you 90 days for full Map Pack dominance either doesn't understand it or is overselling to close. This is the honest timeline we plan against.

Day 30

Indexed and audited.

Site fully indexed in Search Console. GBP optimized end-to-end. Citations cleaned. Movement in long-tail keywords like "garage floor coating eden prairie cost".

Day 60

First Map Pack inclusion.

Inclusion (not necessarily top-3 yet) for primary service-by-city combos in Phase 1. Lead flow starting. Review velocity visibly improved.

Day 90

Top-3 starts.

Top-3 Map Pack for at least one or two primary combinations in Phase 1. Steady lead flow. Phase 2 cities surfacing in long-tail.

Realistic top-3 across every city in every service: 6 to 9 months. We'll never tell you otherwise.

Who runs this

When you call, I pick up.

No account manager pool. No support ticket queue routed to a junior. The work and the conversation are with the same person — me.

I built GarageFloorGrowth because every contractor I talked to had the same story: signed with a big-name agency, got a templated site they don't own, got handed off to an account manager juggling 30 other accounts, and saw a fraction of the leads they were promised. The frustration is universal and so is the cause: the agency's economics only work if every client gets the same playbook applied at scale.

So we don't run that model. We run a niche-deep, founder-operated model. Fewer clients, deeper specialization, and the agency owner answers the phone. The trade-off is we can't take everyone — but the contractors we do take get something the big agencies physically cannot deliver.

If you want to talk through whether we're a fit, the form below or the calendar both reach me directly. Not a SDR. Not a chatbot. Me.
